Utilizing a Fanuc or Hyundai robot, the YC RoboTech LABOT (Labor+Robot) MD is a booth-type automation solution designed to operate one or two CNC machines with a single robot. The front-facing drawer module allows operators to load and unload materials safely from outside the booth, while the centrally positioned robot handles both machines with efficient, continuous motion. This separated workflow structure enhances safety, improves work efficiency, and ensures smooth and stable production across diverse machining environments.

· Gripper stroke adjustments are fast and precise with visual scale guides. Spring-loaded pushers enhance material contact during processing. A built-in air blower allows quick cleaning of chips and dust.

· Fully enclosed booth design separates the robot area from the operator zone. Provides a stable and safe working environment across diverse machining conditions. Door-mounted safety sensor detects any door opening and instantly stops the system. Prevents operator exposure to the robot area, ensuring a fully secured working environment.

· Handles two CNC machines with a single robot for efficient parallel operation. Short transition distance between stations maintains a smooth and consistent workflow. Balanced tending layout reduces idle time and enhances overall machining throughput.
