Founded in 1984, Hillary Machinery is a machine tool dealer sales and service organization headquartered in Plano, Texas with additional offices in Tulsa, Oklahoma and Houston, Texas. The company markets, sells, and supports CNC machine tools, accessories, and automation solutions to a host of major manufacturers, contract manufactures, and job shops throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mexico. The company employs 27+/- Project Managers, Account Managers, Service Technicians, Application Engineers, and administrative personnel throughout the region. Through its network of global machine tool partners Hillary Machinery provides machine tool equipment and support solutions to its regionally based machine tool customer partners throughout the world.

Our History


1980’s
Founded in 1984 by Patrick Hillary Jr. and David Weber, Hillary Machinery grew to be one of the largest fabricating equipment distributors in the Southwest growing and developing the Texas market for legacy fabricating product brands like Cincinnati Incorporated press brakes, shears, and lasers; Timesaver’s Incorporated belt sanders, and Piranha iron workers.

1990’s
As the demand for CNC machinery grew, under the leadership of Pat Hillary and David Weber, Hillary Machinery began growing and developing the Texas market for Swedturn, Tree, Ikegai, and other products. In the early 90’s, Hillary Machinery was awarded the Cincinnati Milacron distributorship for the State of Texas. In the decade that followed, Hillary Machinery diversified its product to include Quickmill, and further developed its service, support, Siemens retrofit and re-manufacturing business and establishing itself as a major supplier to the area’s top energy and aerospace manufacturers and employing 28 professional sales, service, and administrative personnel.

2000’s
In 2001, Hillary Machinery shifted its primary focus to machining equipment, representing Fadal, Giddings & Lewis, and tool room CNC industry pioneer Milltronics Manufacturing. As the decade progressed with partners Dave Weber, Doug Weber, and Troy Owen, Hillary experienced rapid growth, adding the Hyundai Wia CNC products to it’s portfolio and opened its second office in Houston.

2010’s
Under the leadership of Doug Weber and Troy Owen, Hillary Machinery experienced it’s best year in 2012 employing 32 with offices in Houston and Dallas. Doug Weber and Troy Owen have also partnered with Jeff Messenger, forming Hillary Machinery (Tulsa) and expanding it’s reach to Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana.
